碱锰电池携磁原因的分析及其消磁技术的研究

STUDY ON THE MAGNETIC MECHANISM AND DEGAUSSING TECHNIQUE IN ALKALINE BATTERY

  • 摘要: 从电池组成结构和生产工艺特点这2个方面对碱锰电池的携磁原因进行分析,发现了电池携磁的2大主要原因是:电池钢壳在冷轧冲压过程引发的金属相变和电池流水吸附送料装配过程中的外界磁化.在此基础上,对碱锰电池的消磁方法进行研究,通过大量的实验摸索出一套适用于碱锰电池的消磁方法,即先饱和充磁,再50Hz定频消磁方法.在经过3次消磁后,100%的电池样品达到了剩磁Br0.2mT的目标.
    Abstract: Magnetism that the alkaline battery carries disturbs the majority of precision instruments and then affects the data acquisition. This article, based on the battery composition structure and the characteristic of manufacturing technique, discovered the two major causes in battery magnetizing that the metallographic phase transformation happened in cold rolling and punching on battery metal shell and the magnetization from magnetic field in the assembly line. Through studying on degaussing methods and massive experiments, a method named saturated magnetizing first and then 50Hz degaussing was developed. After three times of degaussing, 100% of battery samples have been achieved the goal that residual magnetism Br 0.2 mT.
