PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES OF ENERGY STORAGE SELF-LUMINOUS COATINGS

  • 摘要: 采用燃烧法制备了长余辉稀土发光材料SrAl2O4: Eu2+, Dy3+. 以有机硅-硅溶胶改性丙烯酸树脂为基料,添加适当的发光粉及助剂研制出一种新型长余辉发光涂料,确定了该涂料的最佳配方,测定了发光涂料的各种性能,并对影响发光涂料性能的各种因素进行了探讨.
    Abstract: Synthesis of afterglow rare earth luminescent materials SrAl2O4:Eu2+, Dy3+ were described by combustion method. A new kinds of afterglow self-luminous coatings was prepared by adding proper dosage of luminescent powders and other aids into polyacrylic acid resin modified by Siloxane - silica sol. Optimum formulation for the self-luminous coatings were determined. Various properties of the self-luminous coatings were tested. Factors influencing the self-luminous coatings performance were also discussed.
