Fast calculation the orientation-dependent local density of states in FCC photonic crystal

摘要: 基于点群变换方法推导出局域态密度的平均可积函数,研究了面心立方结构的方向性局域态密度. 提出一种点群操作法,简化在第一布里渊区的计算量,在相同计算精度下,计算速度提高将近360倍.Abstract: According to point group transform theory, a general expression for the average integral function is derived. Based on this, the photonic orientation-dependent local density of states of Face-Center-Cubic (FCC) structure of photonic crystal is calculated. This approach makes the computation speed about 360 times faster than common methods.
