Abstract: By using the way of weight coefficient and the idea of real analysis, two new reverse half-discrete reverse Hilbert-type inequalities with homogeneous kernel as are established. The constant factor on the plane is the best value. As applications, best extensions with multi-parameter and equivalent form are also considered.
