摘要: 分析了社会网络服务的理论基础和实现技术，讨论了用户行为分析的研究方法．以面向学者的社会网络为例，分别应用第三方网络分析软件CNZZ和自主开发分析软件SCHOLAT后台管理软件进行了用户行为分析实例研究．

Abstract: Social network is one of the hot topics of the current IT study and application. The emergence and development of social networks are described and the theoretical basis and technology of social network services are analyzed. The research methods of user behavior analysis in social networks are also discussed. In the case of scholar-oriented social network, the user behavior analysis is studied using the third-party network analysis software CNZZ and the self-developed analysis software for SCHOLAT Management.
