补阳还五汤乙醇、氯仿提取物挥发性成分及其调控鼠骨髓间充质干细胞活性研究

摘要: 采用GC-MS对中药复方补阳还五汤的乙醇及氯仿提取物进行分析，结果发现两种溶剂提取物中挥发性成分大致相同；通过对补阳还五汤两种溶剂提取物进行骨髓间充质干细胞增殖活性的测定，发现两种溶剂提取物均促进鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的增殖(P＜0.05)．

Abstract: It is found that the volatiles of ethanol-extraction and chloroform-extraction from Buyanghuanwu Decoction are similar when studied the ethanol-extracion and chloroform-extracion of Buyanghuanwu Decoction by GC-MS; By studying the two extactions on the proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells it is also found that both of the two extractions can proliferate mesenchymal stem cells(P＜0.05).
