FUSION EXPRESSION, PURIFICATION AND POLYCLONAL ANTIBODY PREPARATION OF PEANUT AHAO2 GENE

The prokaryotic expression plasmid pPROEX-Hta-AhAO2 was constructed. The results showed that the recombinant pPROEX-Hta-AhAO2 plasmid expressed high amount of His-AhAO2 fusion protein in E. coli BL21. An anti-AhAO2 polyclonal antibody was obtained by immunizing the New Zealand rabbit with His-AhAO2 fusion protein purified by affinity chromatography and electrophoresis. The antibody of AhAO2 binds specifically to His-AhAO2 fusion protein fragment in western blot analysis.
