Valiron Exceptional Values and Borel Exceptional Values of Meromorphic Functions

In this paper, basing with the concepts of Borel exceptional values and Valiron exceptional values of meromorphic functions,we inspect the relations between them. And mostly we construct a function meromorphic in the plane, with $0$ as a Valiron exceptional value, but not as a Borel exceptional value.
