  • Based on the E-government cloud storage environment as the background, analyzed the basic factors used for the existing migration algorithms, including static factors and dynamic factors. Introduced the data relevance as a new factor in the calculation of the migration function of M (d) values. After obtaining the new data migration function, according to a hybrid cloud migration algorithm to design a new cloud storage for e-government migration strategy. The new strategy not only improves the expected migration value, but also reduces the cost of data management. There will be a certain reference values for companies or the relevant departments who are preparing for using a cloud storage to manage large data.
