Research on Adsorption Character of Black Rice Anthocyains with Macroporous Resin

Abstract: The absorption and purification effects of 5 kinds of resins on Black Rice Anthocyanins (BRA) were compared， and the properties of adsorption and desorption for AB-8 on BRA were further investigated. The result shows that AB-8 is the best resin for BRA due to its better adsorption and desorption capability. The optimal technical parameters of AB-8 are as follows: the pH of solution is 2.0; the anthocyanins concentration of the sample solution is 1.0mg /mL，the adsorption flow rate is 1mL /min; the desorption flow rate is 1.0mL/min with 70% ethanol as the desorptioner. The resin has a good reutilization. The desorption capability has no significant changes after using 5 times (P0.05)，and with only 2.58% reduction after using 7 times. After purified with AB-8，the content of BRA increases 2.38 times and total antioxidant capability enhances 3.99 times.
