A STUDY OF ABILITY OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS ABOUT NORMAL UNIVERSITIES——ANALYSIS BASED ON H UNIVERSITIES AND J UNIVERSITIES

The normal universities in China possess their own characteristics on scientific and technological innovations, both for advantages and shortages, comparing with the comprehensive universities in China. Based on the data in Statistic material on science and technology for universities in China (2006-2010), these characteristics of normal universities have been analyzed, including the current situation, the effecting factors, etc.. Some suggestions are put forward for enhancing the ability of scientific and technological innovations for normal universities.
