Study on Intensive Utilization Levels of Regional Agricultural Land and Problems in Henan Province

The intensive utilization of agricultural land resources especially high quality agricultural land resources is the inevitable requirement of rural development. Using statistical data in 2007 as the basic statistics, we analyzed the spatial difference of agricultural protection level, problems and influencing factors, and established Indicators for the studying. The results showed that: regional differences of agricultural land intensive use level of Henan province is very clear; the level of intensive utilization of agricultural land in eastern plain region was significantly higher than western mountain area; the problems and influence factors of 18 regions were very different from each other. Finally, the paper analysis reasons and gives some suggestions on agricultural land intensive utilization in Henan Province in future.
