Preparation, Release and Bactericidal Properties of Peroxymonosulfate Microspheres

  • 摘要: 为提高过硫酸氢钾(KHSO5)的稳定性和减缓其有效成分的下降速度,以KHSO5复合盐为原料,采用挤出滚圆法制备骨架丸芯,进一步包膜为缓释微球;以累计释放率为考察指标,通过单因素进行工艺优化. 结果表明:当聚乙二醇-6000质量分数为35%、KHSO5复合盐质量分数为30%、阻滞剂为0.05 g/mL、致孔剂为0.003 g/mL和脂溶性膜为7层时,微球成膜性良好,形态较圆整且具有明显的膜孔;12 h内累计释放率达95.39%,符合Higuchi释药模型,释药机制以Fick扩散为主;对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的有效杀菌质量浓度均为2.0 g/L.

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the stability of peroxymonosulfate and slow down the decline rate of its effective ingredients, the core was prepared with the extrusion spheronization method and further coated with sustained release microspheres using peroxymonosulfate complex salt as raw material. The cumulative release was used as the index to optimize the process by single factor test. The results showed that when the mass fraction of polyethylene glycol-6000 is 35%, the mass fraction of the potassium persulfate composite salt is 30%, the blocking agent is 0.05 g/mL, the porogen is 0.003 g/mL and the fat-soluble membrane is 7 layers, the microspheres had good film-forming ability, round shape and obvious membrane pores, and the cumulative release rate is 95.39% within 12 h, which is in line with the Higuchi release model, and the release mechanism is mainly Fick diffusion. The effective bactericidal concentrations of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus are 2.0 g/L.
