肠溶型饲料添加剂甘氨酸亚铁的制备与表征

Preparation and Characterization of Enteric Feed Additive-Glycine Ferrous

  • 摘要: 以聚丙烯酸树脂为肠溶衣材料采用底喷的方式制备肠溶型甘氨酸亚铁微丸。利用响应曲面法和正交实验探究肠溶包衣液的最佳处方和工艺参数,采用FTIR,FIB-SEM及智能溶出仪进行表征。结果表明,包衣液比例为1:1,包衣液浓度为5.92 g/100 ml,抗粘剂浓度为3.13 g/100 ml时,在模拟肠液环境下达到95.5%释放度。当风机频率为17 Hz,供液转速为8 r/min,物料温度为43 ℃,包衣操作在0.6h达到96.7%的完整率。FTIR分析可知微丸的药效结构完整,SEM、FIB-SEM观察得到187.8 nm载药衣,38.8 nm隔离衣,668.6 nm规整均匀肠溶膜衣的微丸。

Using response surface methodology and orthogonal experiments to explore the optimal formulation and process parameters of enteric coating liquid,and characterized by FTIR, FIB-SEM and intelligent dissolution apparatus.The results showed that the ratio of the coating liquid was 1:1, the concentration of the coating liquid was 5.92 g/100 ml, and the concentration of the anti-adhesive agent was 3.13 g/100 ml, which reached 96% release in the simulated intestinal juice environment. When the fan frequency is 17 Hz, the liquid supply speed was 8 r/min, and the material temperature was 43 ℃, the coating operation reaches a complete rate of 96.7% at 0.5 h. FTIR analysis showed that the pharmacophore structure of the pellets was complete. FIB-SEM observation showed that the pellets with 187.8 nm drug-loaded clothes, 38.8 nm coats, and 668.6 nm enteric coated.
