THE FINGERPRINT STUDY OF ZUOJIN PILL AND ITS SIMILAR FORMULAES BY HPLC

To set up the HPLC fingerprint of Zuojin pill and its similar formulaes. The fingerprint of Zuojin pill and its similar formulaes were determined by RP-HPLC, acetonitrile (A)-water (B) (including 0.06% glacial acetic acid, 10mmol/L ammonium acetate) as mobile phase and gradient elution. The similarity was analysed as well. Different compatibility proportion can lead to the significant difference in material foundation and serve as a quality control method for Zuojin pill and its similar formulaes.
