The PH Fluorescent Probe Based on Benzofuroxan Amine Derivatives

  • The fluorescent probes(NBD-N, NBD-NH, NBD-NH2) were designed and synthesized using 4-chloro-7-nitrobenzofurazan (NBD-Cl). The structure of the probes was characterized with mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetism. It can recognize the pH of the aqueous solution in a reversible response within the pH range of 7.0~12.0. In addition, the coexistence of other common ions does not affect the fluorescent recognition signals of the three compounds. Therefore, the three compounds can be used for alkaline pH fluorescent probes.
