YBO3∶Ce3+复合NaMgBO3∶Ce3+荧光粉发光性能的改进

Improvement of Luminescent Properties of NaMgBO3∶Ce3+ Phosphors by Compositing YBO3∶Ce3+

  • 摘要: 采用第二相复合的方法制备了一系列NaMgBO3∶Ce3+/yYBO3∶Ce3+(复合比y=0~0.035,摩尔分数)荧光粉,对其物相、形貌和光学特性进行了研究。选择YBO3∶5%Ce3+作为复合基底,将其复合到NaMgBO3∶Ce3+荧光粉中时,样品的带隙增加,随着YBO3∶Ce3+复合比的增加,样品在464 nm处的发射强度逐渐增强,最佳复合比y为0.025。由于YBO3∶Ce3+在380~400 nm范围内的发射峰与NaMgBO3∶Ce3+的激发峰有重合,而且复合物样品在该范围内的发射强度会随YBO3∶Ce3+复合比的增加而降低,证明了YBO3∶Ce3+和NaMgBO3∶Ce3+之间存在能量转移。结果表明:该荧光粉在全光谱照明中可作为一种良好的青色填充候选材料。

     

    Abstract: A series of NaMgBO3∶Ce3+/yYBO3∶Ce3+ (composite ratioy=0~0.035, mole ration) phosphors were prepared by a second-phase composite method, and their phase, morphology and optical properties were investigated. When YBO3∶5%Ce3+ was chosen as the complex substrate and composited into the NaMgBO3∶Ce3+ phosphor, the band gap of the sample increased, and the emission intensity of the sample at 464 nm was gradually enhanced with the increase of the YBO3∶Ce3+ composite ratio, and the optimal ratio y was 0.025. Since the emission peak of YBO3∶Ce3+in the range of 380-400 nm overlaps with the NaMgBO3∶Ce3+ excitation peak, and the emission intensity of the composite sample in this range will decrease with the increase of the mass concentration of YBO3∶Ce3+, which proves the existence of energy transfer between YBO3∶Ce3+ and NaMgBO3∶Ce3+. The results show that this phosphor can be a good candidate for cyan filling in full-spectrum illumination.
