不同产地与品种的斑蝥中金属元素的差异性研究

The Difference of Metal Elements in Mylabris from Different Habitats and Varieties

  • 摘要: 为了研究斑蝥体内金属成分与产地及品种的关系,分别以产自11个地区2个品种的斑蝥为实验材料,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法,对比研究了斑蝥体内7种金属元素的含量及相对组成. 结果表明:斑蝥中含有丰富的钙、铁、镁、钾、钠元素以及微量的铜、锰元素;在不同产地和不同品种的斑蝥体内,同种金属元素的质量分数差异明显,表明同种金属元素的含量存在品种差异性和产地差异性,这种差异性可以成为判断产地与品种的重要指标.

     

    Abstract: In order to study the relationship between the metal composition in Mylabris and their localities and varieties, the content and relative composition of seven metal elements in Mylabris were studied by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The study was targeted at two varieties of Mylabris from eleven areas. The results show that there are abundant elements of Ca, Fe, Mg, K, Na and trace elements of Cu and Mn in all the Mylabris. However, the content of the same metal elements in different varieties and habitats of Mylabris has significant difference, which indicates that the variety and habitat have an important influence on the content of metal elements in Mylabris. This difference can serve as an important indicator of the habitat and variety of Mylabris.
