村镇区域空间规划技术集成与应用平台的设计与开发

The Design and Development of Technologies Integration and Application Platform of Village-Town Regional Spatial Planning (VTRSP)

  • 摘要: 我国虽然在村镇规划建设管理领域已经取得了一批共性技术,但仍缺乏村镇区域层面的规划技术开发以及技术集成和系统研究.在村镇区域空间规划和技术集成的过程中,利用和产生具有海量数据特征的各类空间和非空间的数据,通过集成平台实现大量规划数据的管理,其中业务流程和数据流程是集成的关键.文中从减化业务流转过程和降低系统应用复杂性出发,研究村镇规划建设信息一体化的集成管理模式,开发村镇区域空间规划技术集成应用平台,形成村镇区域空间规划技术标准与规范,为村镇空间规划技术的推广应用提供技术支撑.

     

    Abstract: Although China has made a number of generic technologies in the field of VTRSP construction management, it still lacks planning technology development on the level of rural area, and systematic study for national science and technology support plan. The research shows that it will use and produce mass spatial and non-spatial data during the process of VTRSP, and achieve data management through the integrated platform. Among which, business processes and data processes are the keys to integration. Based on the reduction of work flow process and the complexity of system application, the integration management pattern of VTRSP construction information integration is studied and VTRSP technologies integration application platform are developed. Then the demonstration bases of different types of typical VTRSP technologies integration are set up and finally the technical standards and norms of VTRSP are formed. It can provide demonstration experience and technical support for generalization and application of VTRSP technologies.
