Determination of Basic Dyes in Environmental Water by Magnetic Solid Phase ExtractionHigh Performance Liquid Chromatography

  • 摘要: 采用化学共沉淀法制备了Fe_3O_4磁性纳米材料 (Fe_3O_4 MNPs),通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行了结构表征,结果表明,Fe_3O_4 MNPs呈球状,大小均匀,平均直径小于50 nm,具有良好顺磁性.使用十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)修饰的方法,应用该磁性纳米材料成功吸附富集了环境水中多种碱性工业染料.通过分析pH、SDS质量浓度、Fe_3O_4 MNPs和Fe_3O_4 MNPs/SDS的Zeta电位对吸附能力的影响,推测吸附机理主要基于半胶束/胶束与碱性染料间的静电
