激光电离源的研制及其与台式飞行时间质谱仪联用

Design of a Laser Ionization Source and Its Application on Desktop TimeofFlight Mass Spectrometer

  • 摘要: 研制激光电离源并与自制飞行时间质谱仪联用. 应用紫铜样品,优化了离子源真空度、激光参数、样品靶相对接口参数及接口射频电压参数等. 对不锈钢样品和铝片样品进行了检测,结果表明,仪器半峰分辨为3 000,灵敏度较好,检测速度较快,可实现单秒采谱.

     

    Abstract: A laser ionization source was developed, and connected to a timeofflight mass spectrometer (TOFMS). By using copper samples, we optimize operating parameters including ion source vacuum, laser intensity, sample target, interface, and radio frequency of the interface. After optimization, stainless steel and aluminum samples were tested. The results show that the resolution of instrument (full width of half maximum) is 3 000. The instrument has good sensitivity and fast detection speed, and can get a spectrum in one second.
