Stability analysis of a stage-structured diffusive SIR model with delays

  • 摘要: 考虑了一类带有一般发生率和阶段结构的SIR模型. 确定了该模型的基本再生数, 并通过分析对应的特征方程的根的分布, 得到了无疾病平衡点和地方病平衡点的线性稳定性.

     

    Abstract: A stage-structured SIR model with general incidence rate is investigated. The basic reproductive number of the model is determined, and the linear stabilities of the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium are obtained by analyzing the distribution of roots of corresponding characteristic equations.
