地毯草黄单胞菌ABB-2对红掌防御相关生化指标的影响

The defense-related biochemical changes in the Anthurium andraenum plant after inoculation with a pathogen Xanthomonas axonopodis ABB-2

  • 摘要: 研究了地毯草黄单胞菌(Xanthomonas axonopodis)ABB-2对红掌主栽品种阿拉巴马的致病性及其防御相关生化指标的动态影响.结果表明,红掌阿拉巴马对该病菌高度敏感,离体叶片接种第4d、盆栽植株接种第8d后,被接种叶片的病叶率达到100%.红掌接种该病菌后,体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性增加,分别在接种后的第4、6、8和12d达到峰值,较非接种分别对照增加了15.37、35.63、51.89和66.43%;总可溶性蛋白、游离酚含量最大值分别为非接种对照的121.76和134.66%.

     

    Abstract: The disease development and defense - related biochemical changes in the leave of Anthurium andraenum cultivar Alabamb were assayed after inoculation with Xanthomonas axonopodis ABB-2. Pathogenicity assay revealed thatAlabambwas highly sensitive to X. axonopodis. On the day 4 in infection experiment of detached leaf and on the day 8 in infection experiment of pot plant with the X. axonopodis, all inoculated leaves developed disease symptoms of bacterial blight, and the percentage of leaves with lesions reached 100%. The activities of four tested defense - related enzymes,SOD, POD, PPO, and PAL in the leave of Anthurium Alabamb increased and reached the peaks on days 4, 6, 8 and 12 after inoculation with X. axonopodis ABB-2, with the increase values of 15.37, 36.62, 46.68, and 66.43%, respectively, when compared to those of non- inoculated control plant. After the peaks, SOD and POD activities had a continuous decrease until the level of lower than that of the non- inoculated control plant. And PPO activity followed by a decrease to the level close to that of the control plant. Whereas PAL activity have only a slight decrease. After inoculation with X. axonopodis ABB-2, soluble protein content and free phenolic content in the leave of A. andraenum Alabambincreased by 21.76 and 34.66%, respectively, compared to those of non- inoculated control plant.
