五指毛桃指纹图谱的高效液相色谱-质谱联用研究

FINGERPRINT STUDY OF RADIX FICI HIRTAE BY HPLC AND LC-MS

  • 摘要: 建立了高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(LC-ESI-MSn)法确定五指毛桃指纹图谱的方法。采用C18柱,水(A)-甲醇(B)溶液为流动相,梯度程序洗脱.四个产地的五指毛桃样品分离得到16个共有峰,通过质谱鉴定出10种成分,研究表明该方法切实可行,通过样品共有峰含量及特征峰,以评价不同产地五指毛桃的优劣,并为五指毛桃药材的质量控制标准提供参考.

     

    Abstract: A method was developed for the fingerprint from radix fici hirtae, followed by high performance liquid chromatography coupling electro-spray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MSn). A Hypersil C18 column was used for the separation, water(A)-methanol(B) was used as the mobile phase and the binary gradient elution. 16 common peaks were found in four batches herbals and 10 were identified by MS. The results demonstrated that the method was feasible and the relative peak area (Sr) of the common peaks and characteristic peaks can be used to assess the quality in various areas and may serve as quality control method for radix fici hirtae.
