南沙河口湿地沉积物对磷的吸附特性研究

PHOSPHORUS ADSORPTION CHARACTERISTICS IN THE SEDIMENTS OF NANSHA ESTUARY WETLAN

  • 摘要: 以广州南沙河口水域境内的柱状沉积物作为研究对象,分析其对磷的吸附特性.结果表明,沉积物对磷的吸附能较好的符合Langmuir方程式.吸附主要发生在前11 h之内,24 h基本达到平衡.沉积物对磷的吸附速率在0.5 h内达到最大值.所选沉积物样品对PO43--P的吸附容量均大于250 mg/kg,距离表层30~40 cm处沉积物吸附容量最大.上覆水体的盐度会影响沉积物对磷的吸附,当盐度由3增加到5时,沉积物对磷的吸附容量由294 mg/kg变化到135 mg/kg.

     

    Abstract: Based on the research on core sediments of Xiahengli,Shanghengli and the junction of Hengli and Jiaomen of Nansha estuary, the adsorption of phosphorus were studied. The results showed that sorption behavior of phosphorus on sediment samples could be better in line with the Langmuir equation. Adsorption occurs mainly within the first 11 h, and reaches a dynamic balance in nearly 24 h. The phosphorus adsorption rate of sediment achieved maximum value in 0.5 h. The adsorption capacity of sediment samples was more than 250 mg/kg, and sediments collected at 30 - 40 cm from the surface had the largest adsorption capacity. Salinity of the water above the sediments affects adsorption of phosphate by sediment. When the salinity increased from 3 to 5, the adsorption capacity of sediment decreased from 294 mg/kg to 135 mg/kg.
