  • 摘要: 以醋酸溶液为介质,通过溶液插层方法,研究了插层反应温度、插层反应时间、CS用量以及CS分子量等诸多因素对插层复合物结构的影响.通过X射线衍射及透射电子显微分析对插层复合物中MMT层间距的变化进行了表征.通过傅立叶变换红外光谱对插层复合物的化学结构变化进行了分析.结果表明,应用相对分子量为80104的CS,在60oC下,插层6h,所获插层复合物层间距最大为1.53nm;CS用量对层间距影响较小;降低CS相对分子量有利于CS对MMT的插层,得到层间距更大的插层复合物.CS相对分子量是影响插层结构的主要因素,通过CS相对分子量大小的调整有望得到结构可控的插层结构.

     

    Abstract: In acetic acid solution, CS/MMT composites were prepared, and primary studies were carried out on the effect factors such as temperature, time, dosage of CS and CS mass molar. Products of CS/MMT composites were analyzed by WXRD, TEM and FTIR. The results show that when CS mass molar is 80104,the suitable temperature and time for intercalation are about 60℃ and 6h respectively; interlayer space is about 1.53nm; the effect of CS dosage on interlayer space of CS/MMT composite is weak; low mass molar of CS is benefited for CS intercalated into MMT, and larger interlayer space of CS/MMT composite is obtained. Mass molar of CS is the main effect factor for intercalated structure of CS/MMT composites, the intercalated structure of CS/MMT composites can be adjustable by change the CS mass molar.
