功能化高分子磁性载体对孔雀绿废水脱色处理的研究

Study on decoloration of malachite green solution by the treatment of functional polymer magnetic carriers

  • 摘要: 研究了功能化高分子磁性载体对孔雀绿溶液的脱色的效果,实验表明:在pH=7,温度为45℃时,0.2g功能化高分子磁性载体经过8h对孔雀绿溶液的脱色处理,脱色率可达97%,接近活性炭的脱色效果;而且功能化高分子磁性载体在外加磁场下易于分离,有效地解决了传统的粉末脱色材料处理过程中存在的固液难以分离的问题,是一种很有开发应用前景的新型染料废水吸附剂.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the decoloration effect has been researched by treating the malachite green solution with functional polymer magnetic carrier. The results show that, after 8 hourstreatment, decoloring rate of the functional polymer magnetic carrier can reach 97%, which is similar to that of the activated carbon. Furthermore, functional polymer magnetic carrier can easily be separated from water under a magnetic field outside, which effectively solved the problem of traditional decoloring materialsdifficulty to be separated from wastewater. Functional polymer magnetic carrier is a new type sorbent of dyestuff that has great prospect of exploration and application.
