Abstract: A design and implementation method of remote measurement and control of the metal ion concentration system based on public telephone network and RS-485 bus is presented. The system structure and implementation were introduced. The system communicates with host computer by the public telephone network and RS-485 bus for remote multi-factory and multi-node measurement and control, which has characteristics of simple structure, high reliability and easy operation. This system also proved to be a relatively well prospect.
