归胃经寒性中药对胃热证大鼠体征的影响

INFLUENCES OF COLD CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE WITH STOMACH-MERIDIAN TROPISM ON GENERAL SYMPTOM OF RATS WITH STOMACH-HEAT SYNDROME

  • 摘要: 用干姜水煎剂连续灌胃大鼠15d,复制胃热证大鼠模型,再分别以黄连、蒲公英、枳实水煎剂灌胃治疗10d。比较大鼠的饮食量、大小便、舌色舌苔变化,用放射免疫分析法测定大鼠血清中白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的浓度变化。结果显示,造模后大鼠呈现舌红苔黄(P0.05)、饮食量增加(10%以上)、大小便量减少(10%以上)、且大便多数干结、小便颜色加深(P0 .01)、IL-8显著升高(P0.01)。黄连、蒲公英、枳实可改善上述胃热证的指标,且寒性程度愈高、治疗效果愈好。经分析得知,黄连、蒲公英、枳实通过降低胃热证大鼠血清中的IL-8,改善胃热证大鼠的体征。

     

    Abstract: Rats were fed with decoction of Rhizoma zingiberis for 15 continuous days to induce the model of stomach-heat syndrome. After modeling, the decoctions of Rhizoma Coptidis(RC), Herba Taraxaci(HT) and Fructus Aurantii Immaturus(FAI) were given respectively to corresponding groups for 10 days. After treatment, amount of the daily food and water, volume and absorbance of urine, pellet number and moistness of excrement, color and coating degree of tongue were recorded, the contents of interleukin-4(IL-4) and interleukin-8(IL-8) in serum were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results shown: the model rats had yellow coating and red tongues (P0.05), amount of daily food and water were increased (over 10%), urine volume and excrement pellet number were decreased (over 10%), their urine color became deep (P0.01) and their excrement became dry, the content of IL-8 increased noticeably ( P0.01). RC, HT and FAI could improve the indexes observed above, and the colder the nature the better the effects. It can be concluded that the reason why RC, HT and FAI relieve the general symptom of rats with stomach-heat syndrome is that they can decrease the content of IL-8 in serum.
