微生态制剂A对罗非鱼生长及消化酶活性的影响

EFFECTS OF PROBIOTICS A ON ACTIVITIES OF DIGESTIVE ENZYME FOR TILAPIA

  • 摘要: 以奥尼罗非鱼为试验对象,考察以枯草芽孢杆菌和紫色非硫光合菌为主要成分制成的微生态制剂A对罗非鱼生长及消化酶活性的影响.结果显示:①与对照组相比,饲料中添加微生态制剂能够降低罗非鱼养殖饵料系数16.91%,体重增重率提高9.78%.②微生态制剂A能显著或非常显著提高罗非鱼胃、肠道和肝脏中的淀粉酶的活性(p<0.05或p<0.01);③微生态制剂A能显著或非常显著提高罗非鱼胃、肠和肝脏脂肪酶的活性(p<0.05或p<0.01);④微生态制剂A能够显著提高罗非鱼肠道胰蛋白酶的活性(P<0.05). 可见,微生态制剂A有降低罗非鱼养殖饵料系数和促进生长的作用.

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the effect of probiotics on activities of digestive enzyme, Tilapias were selected as our experimental animal.The Tilapias were fed with basal diet supplemented probiotics A, which contains Bacillus Subtilis and Photosynthetic bacteria. The activities of amylase、lipase and protease in the Stomach、Intestine and Hepatopancreas of Tilapias were determined. The results were as follows. (1) Feed coefficient ratio of experimental group decreased 16.91% and weight gain rate increased 7.98%. (2) Activities of amylase in stomach, intestinal and hepatopancreas in experimental group was significantly or extremely significant increased (p<0.05 or p<0.01).(3) Activities of lipase in stomach, intestinal and hepatopancreas in experimental group was significantly or extremely significant increased (p<0.05 or p<0.01).(4) Activities of intestinal trypsin in experimental group was significantly increased ( p<0.05).
