水性涂料用高分子分散剂的合成

SYNTHESIS OF THE POLYMERIC DISPERSANT ON WATERBORONE COATING

  • 摘要: 以4-枯基酚和苯乙烯为原料,酸性催化剂为催化剂合成了一种酚类产物, 并用聚乙二醇6000与TDI反应生成预聚物, 再以酚类产物和预聚物为原料,合成了一种水溶性高分子分散剂.用FTIR、MS及GPC对合成产物进行了表征,用表面张力仪对溶液的表面活性进行了测定.并对反应条件进行了考查,结果发现,当-NCO和-OH摩尔比值为3:1时,得到了具有合适分子量的分散剂.

     

    Abstract: A phenol product was synthesized with 4-cumylphenol and styrene as raw materials, acid catalyst as catalyst, and a prepolymer was produced by the reaction of PEG-6000 wih TDI, then the phenol product was reacted with the prepolymer to synthesize the aqueous polymeric dispersant. The synthesized product was characterized by FTIR, MS and GPC, and the surface tension of its solution was measured by surface tensiometer.The condition of synthesizing the dispersant was examined. Tt was found that the polymeric dispersant with the suitable molecular weight could be produced when the mole ratio of -NCO: -OH was 3:1.
