Abstract: In intelligent surveillance-alarm system, how to improve its accuracy and convenience of alarm is very important. Because the solution of using the technology of GSM can solve the problem above well, an surveillance-alarm system based on GSM have been designed and implemented. The principle, the structure, the functions and the key technologies about the surveillance-alarm system are introduced. The result of experiment indicates that this system has some advantage such as low-cost, reliability or so. Furthermore it is also valuable for the research and application of other surveillance-alarm systems.
