植物生长调节物质对蓝猪耳二长雄蕊运动的影响

Effect of Plant Growth Regulators on Didynamous Retroflexion of Torenia Fournieri

  • 摘要: 蓝蓝猪耳的雄蕊授粉过程中二长雄蕊存在翻转运动的现象。为了探讨蓝猪耳二长雄蕊运动的生理机制,我们通过外施植物生长调节物质及其抑制剂来研究它们对翻转运动的作用。研究结果表明: GA3和NAA缩短开花后二长雄蕊至翻转结束时间的49.1%和53.6%,GA合成抑制剂PAC和NAA运输抑制剂TIBA分别延长该过程的165.3%和59.6%。表明植物激素GA和生长素参与对蓝猪耳二长雄蕊的翻转运动的调控。

     

    Abstract: The didynamous of Torenia fournieri showed retroflexion during filament growth. To investigate the physiological mechanism of didynamous retroflexion of T. fournieri, we analyzed the effects of GA3 and NAA, as well as their inhibitors on didynamous retroflexion. The results showed that application of GA3 and NAA shortened the time of retroflexion to 49.1% and 53.6% of that of the control. Furthermore, application of inhibitors of GA biosynthesis and NAA transport, PAC and TIBA, delayed the time of retroflexion to 165.3% and 59.6% of that of the control, which indicate that plant hormones, GA3 and NAA are involved in regulation of didynamous retroflexion of T. fournieri.
