  • 摘要: 课题组以辣椒为材料,以各种光质的LED为光源,研究不同光质对采后辣椒果实中各种类胡萝卜素合成和积累的调控,发现不同光质对辣椒类胡萝卜素总量以及色角均有不同的影响,其成果将为揭示光调控辣椒类胡萝卜素合成的信号途径奠定基础,同时也为建立辣椒提前采收、LED光源人工增色的技术提供理论依据.

     

    Abstract: The results from our research group indicated that the total pepper carotenoids and its color angle depended on the wave length of LED light. The results will help to reveal the signal pathway of light mediated carotenoid metabolism in pepper fruits, and will make it possible to enhance earlier harvested pepper fruit accumulated more carotenoid after treating with LED light controlled by human.?
