不同来源腐殖酸的化学组成与结构研究

CHARACTERIZATION OF HUMIC ACIDS FROM DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENTS

  • 摘要: 摘要: 采用元素分析、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和固体13C核磁共振(NMR)等技术对4种不同来源腐殖酸的化学组成和结构特征进行了初步研究. 结果显示,虽然不同来源的腐殖酸在化学组成和结构具有很多类似之处,但由于其生物来源和成岩环境的不同,4种腐殖酸在细节上明显不同:(1)不同来源腐殖酸之间H/C、O/C和C/N原子比具有明显的差别,暗示着其化学组成和结构上的差异;(2)FT-IR分析显示,泥炭和稻田腐殖酸中含有更多的脂肪碳链结构,而河流和鱼塘腐殖酸中含有较多的羧基和羰基官能团;(3)13C NMR数据也表明不同来源腐殖酸在结构上是有明显不同的. 稻田腐殖酸含有最多的脂肪碳,其次为泥炭腐殖酸和鱼塘腐殖酸,河流腐殖酸含量最少. 腐殖酸中芳香碳的丰度分布则正好相反. 另外不同腐殖酸之间,含氧结构单元如甲氧基、碳水化合物结构、羧酸/羰基官能团等的含量也明显不同.

     

    Abstract: Abstract: The chemical composition and structure of four humic acids (HAs) from different origins were investigated by term of elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrometry, and solid-state CP-MAS 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (13C NMR). The results showed that four HAs have similar chemical composition and structural properties, but the details were very different. (1) H/C, O/C, and C/N atomic ratios are different for four HAs, suggested that their differences in chemical composition and structure; (2) FT-IR spectra indicated that peat and paddy HAs contain more aliphatic group and less carboxylic/carbonyl groups than pond and river HAs; (3) distinct structural differences existing among 4 HAs were indicated by CP-MAS 13C NMR data. The relative content of aliphatic group was the highest in Paddy HA, and decreased from peat HA, pond HA to river HA. On the contrary, increasing contents of aromatic groups varied from river HA, pond HA, peat HA to paddy HA. Moreover, Oxygen-containing groups such as methoxyl, carbohydrates, carboxylic/carbonyl, were also very different among four HAs
