Abstract: To set up the HPLC fingerprint of Zuojin pill and its similar formulaes. The fingerprint of Zuojin pill and its similar formulaes were determined by RP-HPLC, acetonitrile (A)-water (B) (including 0.06% glacial acetic acid, 10mmol/L ammonium acetate) as mobile phase and gradient elution. The similarity was analysed as well. Different compatibility proportion can lead to the significant difference in material foundation and serve as a quality control method for Zuojin pill and its similar formulaes.
