离子色谱测定含硫污水中S2O32-、SO32-和SO42-的方法研究

DETERMINATION OF THIOSULFATE, SULFITE, SULFATE IN SULFUR-CONTAINING WASTEWATER BY ION CHROMATOGRAPHY

  • 摘要: 分析含硫污水水质时,以加酸氮气负载吹脱法分离SO32-和SO42-,再根据离子色谱测定原理,通过峰面积差值法建立了SO32-和SO42- 测定方法,确定了加酸氮气负载吹脱SO32-的有效工作条件:是水样pH调至1.61,3.0 L/h氮气吹脱15 min.对SO32的抗氧化能力的实验研究,确定硫抗氧化剂(SAOB)对易氧化的SO32-的保护效果较好. 据此建立的含硫污水预处理与分析方法能够基本消除含硫污水中各个价态硫之间的干扰,可准确测定含硫污水中的S2O32-、SO32-和SO42-浓度,且检出限较低

     

    Abstract: To determine the sulfate, sulfite and thiosulfate concentrations in sewage sample, this study firstly developed a pretreatment method to separate sulfite and sulfate by acidification and nitrogen purge. The test results validate that, sulfite can be effectively removed by 3.0 L/h nitrogen purge for 15 minutes when pH is adjusted 1.61. Then, analyzing the pretreated and un-pretreated samples by ion chromatographer, sulfite and sulfate concentrations can be determined by calculation. The anti-oxidation effect of Sulfur anti-oxidation buffer (SAOB) for sulfite is also tested and validated. Finally, this pretreatment and analysis method for determination of sulfate, sulfite and thiosulfate by ion chromatographer was developed and tested by synthetic sulfur-containing wastewater. The results validate that the method works.
