  • 摘要: 对STN-LCD 4-line-MLA方式进行了改进,提出了一种3-line-MLA的方法,利用插入的虚拟行和虚拟像素,可使驱动IC的SEG的电平由原来的5级降为只需要2级,而且驱动的矩阵运算也极其简单.

     

    Abstract: A novel STN-LCD driving method by 3-line MLA addressing technique have been proposed in this paper, based on the 4-line MLA addressing technique. Using this novel driving method ,the SEG’s voltage of the driver IC is decreased from five level to two level by the inserted virtual line and virtual pixel. The matrix operation of the driver is also extremely simple in the proposed driving method.
