  • 摘要: 研究了最大偏向角法测量光栅常量实验的数据处理方法,分析了光栅常量测量产生较大误差的原因,提出了减小该误差的方案,把最小二乘法引入到该实验数据的处理中,并在MATLAB中编写了相应的数据处理程序,实践证明用最小二乘法处理该实验数据的方法合理且精度高,且用最小二乘法拟合出离散数据点满足的曲线方程再联立方程求解消失点的位置的方法有效地解决了消失点的位置精确读数困难的问题.

     

    Abstract: The experiment's datas processing method of measuring grating constant by the maximum angle of deflection is studied. The reason for the large error of grating constant measuring value is analyzed, and the scheme of diminishing the errors is brought forward. The least square method is introduced in processing the experimental data, which seems to be reasonable and accurate here. The corresponding data processing procedure is compiled in MATLAB software. The curve equations satisfied the scattering data are fitted by the maximum angle of deflection. The position of disappearing point is solved by simultaneous equations, which can solve availably the difficult question to ascertain the position of disappearing point accurately.
