环氧树脂丙烯酸酯化反应催化体系研究

  • 摘要: 通过研究不同催化剂对EA(环氧丙烯酸)合成的影响,提出了将性能较好的两种催化剂复配用于EA合成的概念,并研究了复配催化剂及用量对EA合成的影响.结果表明几种用于EA合成的催化剂的活性次序为:N,N-二甲基乙醇胺N,N-二甲基甲酰胺三乙胺三乙醇胺,并且当N,N-二甲基乙醇胺与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺配比为1:1、用量为1.0%时,复合催化剂对EA合成表现出良好的催化和产品性能.

     

    Abstract: Different catalysts for the synthesis of epoxy acrylates resin is researched, mixed catalyst of two kind tertiary amine is developed, and the effection of composite catalyst and its dosage on the synthesis of EA are discussed. The results show that for the synthesis of EA, the catalyst active order is N,N-dimethylethanolamine N,N-dimethylformamidetriethylamine triethanolamine, when the ratio of N,N dimethylethanolamine to N,N - dimethylformamide is 1, dosage ration of composite catalyst to epoxy resin is 1.0% , and this composite catalyst shows good capability of product and catalyzation for the synthesis of EA.
