  • In this paper, we study the primitive digraph Dn,q,s and primitive signed digraph Sn,q,s(where q, s are integers, and satisfy 1 s q n, g.c.d.(q, s) = 1, q + s n + 1), we obtain the exponent and the local exponent of the primitive digraph Dn,q,s, and we also give the base and the local base of primitive signed digraph Sn,q,s.
