Microfluidic DNA Fragmentation

  • DNA fragmentation is one of the key technologies for gene library and disease detection. In this article, we review normal DNA fragmentation technologies, focusing on microfluidic based DNA fragmentation technology. Effective parameters have been discussed according to the resulted DNA fragments. In the end, the importance and perspective of microfluidic DNA fragmentation is summarized
