Abstract
In this study, eight physiology-related indexes of flue-cured tobacco seeding treated by spraying growth inhibitors (mainly ABA and Paclobutrazol) were investigated by the principal component analysis method (PCA). The result shows that, plant resistance factor, photosynthesis factor and plasma membrane permeability factor may have the predominant responsibility for the responses to growth inhibitors, and their total contribution ratio reached at 93.65%. This result provides some reference to the comprehensive evaluation of physiological changes.
