The Second Fundamental Theorem of Algebroidal Function

The second fundamental theorem of algebroidal functions is fundamental and important, but it is about constant numbers, the applicative area of it has a limit. In this paper, a more extensive situation, small functions, is discussed, and the second fundamental theorem of algebroidal functions about small functions is obtained, which is a generalization of the original theorem.
