Abstract
The study is based on the photocatalysis oxidation in Aquatic Systems. The Fenton and Photo-Fenton were applied in order to degrade the micro-pollutants in Pearl River raw water. The following conclusions were obtained: both Fenton and Photo-Fenton had effect on the degradation of the environmental micro-pollutants.The TOC removal rate of Fenton and Photo-Fenton were over 40% and 80% respectively, and the Photo-Fenton has higher efficiency obviously. The optimal conditions of degradation of the environmental micro-pollutants by Photo-Fenton were found: The optimal dosage of H2O2 and FeSO4 were 90 mmol/L and 0.4mmol/L respectively, and the optimal irradiation time of Photo-Fenton was 30 min.
