Abstract
Na+-doped Li1-xNaxNbO3: Pr3+ phosphors were prepared with the high temperature solid-state method. Without changing the crystal structure, the emission intensity of blue light excitation in Li1-xNaxNbO3: Pr3+ was improved by doping Na+ and the optimal stoichiometric ratio x was 0.05. Then the phosphors were bonded to the aluminum alloy plate and the photoluminescence intensity of LiNbO3: Pr3+ increased sharply with the increase of stress by applying tensile force to the metal plate and it gradually disappeared with the increase of the content of Na+ dopants because Na+ doping changed the asymmetry around Pr3+ and affected the luminescence characteristics induced by LiNbO3: Pr3+.
