Abstract
A Schiff base fluorescent probe (TZA), able to identify the Ag+ was designed and synthesized, which used 2-Hydrazinobenzothiazole as the fluorescent group and 2-Cyanobenzaldehyde as the recognition group. By using the UV-visible absorption spectra, fluorescence emission spectrum as well as 1H NMR titration experiment, the spectral properties of the interaction between TZA and Ag+ were studied. The results shown 20 nm red shifts of the absorption peak shifts when Ag+ was added with TZA. At the same time, the fluorescence intensity of the probe increased gradually, and the probe showed a dual recognition effect of color and fluorescence enhancement.
