Compressive Holographic Imaging with Security Features

  • This paper proposes a compressed holographic imaging technology with security features to solve the security challenges currently in holographic imaging. The method can simultaneously complete optical encryption, optical hiding and optical compression in the holographic imaging process. It can realize the compression of data while protecting the image information security. we first introduce host object into reference path of the classical Mach-Zehnder interferometer to achieve spatial modulation of reference wave, which forms a two-dimensional spatial distribution of reference beam field. The object information is then encrypted and hidden into the main target information in the process of coherent imaging of the target and reference beams in the Fresnel domain for image security; at the same time, the safety object hologram is further compressed and sampled by a single-pixel detector Fewer data to represent the original imaging object. This technology greatly reduces the amount of data collected by the object and can be safely obtained in a pure light system. This is a major breakthrough in holographic imaging methods.Moreover,it is expected to break through the limit of large data volume of the huge size of large-scale holograms such as 3DTV, medical diagnostics, and real-time holographic TV. This article is due to the all-optical means to achieve the feasibility of optical security, and also has important reference significance for future realization of all-optical networks, near-earth and interstellar laser communications links.
