辛基酚对好氧活性污泥的活性抑制效应

INHIBITORY EFFECT OF OCTYLPHENOL ON ACTIVATED SLUDGE

  • 摘要: 以活性污泥比耗氧速率(specific oxygen uptake rate,SOUR)为考察指标,研究了辛基酚(Octylphenol,OP)对活性污泥活性的抑制效应及其主要影响因素.结果表明:辛基酚浓度达到8mg/L时对试验污泥活性存在轻微抑制效应,其抑制效应随辛基酚浓度增大而增大,当辛基酚质量浓度>64mg/L时逐渐趋于平缓;辛基酚对污泥活性半数抑制质量浓度为38.6mg/L;一定辛基酚质量浓度下,辛基酚抑制效应主要影响因素有污泥浓度及作用时间;在离开辛基酚作用的环境后,受辛基酚抑制的污泥可在适当条件下恢复部分活性.

     

    Abstract: The inhibitory effect of octylphenol and related main factors on activated sludge was investigated by measuring the specific oxygen uptake rate of activated sludge. The results were as follows. (1) There was a slight inhibitory effect on activated sludge when octylphenol concentration was 8 mg/L. The effect was strengthened with the increase of the concentration of octylphenol, and the leveling off of this change when octylphenol concentration reached 64 mg/L. (2) The EC50 =38.6 mg/L. (3) Sludge concentration and reaction time were the main factors for the inhibition of activated sludge. The inhibitory effect was strengthened with the increase of reaction time and the decrease of sludge concentration. (4) The activity of inhibited sludge will be recovered partially when the octylphenol was removed from experimental system.
