PURIFICATION AND APPLICATION OF CdSe/MERCAPTO-β-CYCLODEXTRIN QUANTUM DOTS

  • 摘要: 以单-(6-巯基)--环糊精作为修饰剂,在水溶液中合成了稳定的CdSe量子点(CdSe/CD QDs),并系统考察了溶剂的种类及加入量对量子点纯化效果的影响. 用荧光显微镜、荧光光谱表征了CdSe/CD QDs的荧光性能,研究了该量子点在细菌标记及分子识别方面的应用. 结果表明:2倍体积的乙腈完全沉淀CdSe/CD QDs 所用的时间最短,纯化后荧光强度略有增强. CdSe/CD QDs能够标记大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌,且能定量检测维生素B1及C, 6-巯基嘌呤、6-巯基嘌呤核苷、4-氨基-6羟基-2巯基嘧啶三种杂环小分子.

     

    Abstract: CdSe quantum dots (QDs) were synthesized in aqueous solution using mono-(6-mercapto)--cyclodextrin as stabilizer in this paper. And the purification of CdSe/CD QDs with different solvents in a series of proportions was investigated systematically. The fluorescence properties of CdSe/CD QDs were characterized by fluorescence microscope and fluorescence spectroscopy. In addition, the application of CdSe/CD QDs in bacteria marking and molecular recognition was also studied. The results showed that the purification with twice volume acetonitrile was best. And CdSe/CD QDs can be used not only to mark E. coli and Bacillus subtilis, but also quantitatively detect vitamin B1, vitamin C, 6-mercaptopurine, 6-mercaptopurine ribonucleoside, 4-amino-6-hydroxy-2- mercaptoprimidine.
